The role supports both funded and unfunded research projects, designing studies and analyzing data, with responsibilities spanning survey development, IRB protocols, and scholarly communications.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects with deadlines, mentor medical trainees, and contribute to data-driven institutional reporting.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology or related Social Sciences.
• 2-4 years of related research experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement studies and support funded/unfunded projects.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data and prepare IRB protocols.
• Develop and validate survey tools and drafts manuscripts and reports.
• Maintain research databases, data dictionaries, and curated analytic files.
• Create dashboards to support institutional reporting and dissemination.
• Mentor medical trainees and collaborate with faculty and staff.
