Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Medical Research for a fully remote role. You will design evaluation frameworks for AI systems in healthcare and own validation protocols.

Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to advance healthcare AI, develop benchmark datasets, and analyze safety, performance, and reasoning in medical use cases. Advanced degree in a healthcare field and strong research design skills are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or related healthcare field.
• Deep expertise in clinical practice, healthcare operations, or biomedical research.
• Experience conducting medical, clinical, or healthcare research.
• Strong understanding of research design and healthcare decision-making processes.
• Exceptional analytical reasoning and scientific communication skills.
