Eurofins in Redmond, WA is seeking a Customer Care Technician to support our biomedical laboratory and manufacturing facility. You will perform cleaning, sanitization, stocking, and use of Microsoft applications to support sterile production and testing activities.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily in a physically active role, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support customers by cleaning and sanitizing common areas to keep the facility ready for daily activities.
• Ensure all laboratories and equipment are clean, disinfected and ready for production and testing of sterile medical products.
• Stock and organize supplies for all required areas of the scope.
• Operate Microsoft Applications and other computer-based systems used in the facility.
• Follow standard procedures and work independently or in a team environment.
• Complete documentation in a regulated environment (logbooks, training, and communication with other groups on equipment maintenance).
