Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Redmond, WA is seeking a Customer Care Technician to support biomedical laboratories and the facility. You will clean and sanitize offices, common areas, and equipment, while maintaining sterile conditions for production and testing.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on a 3rd shift (5pm Sunday–Thursday).

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or sanitization in medical/lab environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours in a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, warehouse and storage areas.
• Ensure labs and equipment are clean, disinfected, and ready for production/testing.
