Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a BMET/ISE Hybrid technician responsible for installations, inspections, repairs, calibration, and performance verification of advanced biomedical and imaging equipment. You will ensure regulatory compliance, support inventory management, and advise clinical staff on proper equipment operation.

Qualifications

• 2 year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology preferred.
• Technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PV inspections, maintenance, electrical safety checks on complex biomedical and imaging equipment.
• Repair, install and calibrate equipment and document service actions.
• Inform supervisors of repair status, inspections, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and external technicians to ensure service quality.
• Maintain clinical engineering expertise with ongoing training.
