Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Biomed Equipment Technician to keep complex biomedical and medical imaging equipment operating safely. You will troubleshoot, install, calibrate, and verify performance, collaborating with clinicians and healthcare leaders.

This role requires an associate degree in a technical field (bachelor's preferred) and strong networking and documentation skills. Travel and driver's license may be required; benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining complex biomedical and medical imaging equipment.
• Strong computer networking knowledge, system administration basics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; valid driver's license and travel as needed.
• Education: associate degree; TRIMEDX Trained Certification may waive requirement.

Experience & Education

Required

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining complex biomedical and medical imaging equipment.
• Strong computer and networking knowledge, including system administration, error-code interpretation, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Required Education

• Associate degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience.
• Education requirement may be waived with TRIMEDX Trained Certification or an equivalent biomedical certification program.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology.
• Technical certifications.
