Job summary

Agiliti is hiring a Field Service Technician I to perform cost-effective maintenance and calibration of medical devices at customer sites in the San Francisco area. You will complete paperwork for billing and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clinical staff on device features and operation.

A strong electronics/biomedical background and a valid driver's license are required, with willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or biomedical equipment technology.
• Equivalent military training or CBET certification.
• Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours.
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to often bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods.

• Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as needed to support a 24/7 schedule.
• The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds.
• The ability to often bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
