Job summary

PromptCare is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Technician to join our Biomed Repair team in Concord, NC. You will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, testing, and repairing a range of respiratory and monitoring equipment, plus maintaining maintenance files and recalls in compliance with FDA and ACHC regulations.

The role includes data entry, barcoding, and equipment tracking, with opportunities to handle recalls and related documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• HME equipment repair experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Equipment manufacturer repair certification preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and technically skilled.
• Good verbal/communication/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Testing of all Respiratory, Monitoring, and related equipment.
• Complete and document routine maintenance checks.
• Barcode all equipment and bench test new equipment on delivery.
• Perform minor maintenance repairs following guidelines.
• Tag, bag and stock equipment in patient-ready areas per policy.
• Clean and disinfect incoming equipment per safety standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee and financial information (HIPAA).
• Accept additional duties as assigned and perform them effectively.
