Job summary

Trimedx is seeking an experienced biomedical equipment professional to own highly complex clinical engineering assets, ensuring uptime, safety, and optimal performance. You will diagnose advanced issues, advise clinicians and leadership on equipment strategy, and lead projects while mentoring technicians.

The role requires 5+ years in biomedical equipment within a clinical setting, strong systems expertise, and an associate degree in electronics or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree and CBET

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting (required).
  • Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair.
  • Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred); CBET certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of highly complex equipment—driving uptime, safety, and performance.
  • Solve advanced technical issues others can’t, from system diagnostics to networked devices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy.
  • Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team.
