Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to own repair and calibration of clinical devices, ensuring equipment is safe and available when needed. You will work closely with clinicians and vendors, applying strong troubleshooting and documentation skills to support patient care.

The role requires at least 3 years of clinical biomedical equipment experience, an electronics/technical degree or TRIMEDX-certified credentials, and travel as needed in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills in systems, diagnostics, hardware repair, and error code interpretation.
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (or TRIMEDX certification).
• CBET Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment to keep care uninterrupted.
• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Guide clinicians on safe, effective equipment use.
• Strengthen operations through accurate documentation, compliance, and smart inventory control.
