Job summary

Agiliti is hiring a Biomedical Technician II- COE in Fullerton, CA. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, calibration and repair of various medical devices, ensuring proper function for patient care.

Primary location is Fullerton COE with 30% annual travel; includes comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement and a Daily Pay option, plus 401(k) matching and a 24/7 support mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering or biomedical equipment technology, or equivalent military training/CBET.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance and repairs on General Biomedical Equipment or specialized areas like anesthesia, imaging, network-smart tech, respiratory or sterilizers.
• Basic computer skills; understanding of networks and equipment interaction.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain safe driving record per Agiliti policies.
• Ability to train others on equipment operation, PM, repair and ISO documentation.
• Must maintain required credentials and vaccinations to work at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost-effective inspection, maintenance, calibration and repair on medical devices.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for billing and regulatory records.
• Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
