Job summary

Trimedx in Louisville, KY is seeking a hands-on Biomedical Equipment Technician to ensure critical medical devices are safe, calibrated, and ready for clinicians. Travel to client sites may be required as part of role.

You will repair and verify devices, respond to service requests, and maintain compliant equipment records while growing your biomedical skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• A 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.
• At least 3 months working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Repair, calibrate, and verify devices so hospitals can trust every reading and result.
• Respond to service requests and provide technical support to clinical staff.
• Keep our equipment database sharp, compliant, and audit-ready.
