Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; must remain enrolled.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D teams in New Product Development from concept to production.
• Analyze customer feedback and product performance data to drive improvements.
• Utilize CAD/FEA and Test Labs to develop and refine product concepts.
• Document processes and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
