Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

• Collaborate with biomedical researchers to identify and analyze problems requiring data integration.
• Acquire biomedical domain knowledge to understand data integration requirements.
• Create requirements for complex data integration projects and translate requirements into deliverables.
• Develop and implement innovative data models for complex biomedical data.
• Write ETL procedures to combine biomedical data into new formats.
• Build and optimize data management, discovery, reporting, and analysis applications.
• Manage small projects within larger initiatives, tracking deliverables to timelines.
