Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience with one or more programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Perform software development including definition of subsystem interfaces, software modeling, and implementation of designs.
• Apply parallel computing techniques to computationally intensive biomedical applications.
• Implement algorithms for highly parallel computer structures in computational chemistry and structural biology.
• Design software to support novel biomedical computing approaches.
• Develop and modify software to address data analysis, graphics, genomics, modeling, simulation and data presentation.
