Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a Biomarker Sample Operations Manager to coordinate collection, shipping and testing of clinical trial biomarkers with bio-sample management best practices. You will work with clinical operations, project managers and laboratory managers to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will drive process improvements, manage vendor relationships and contribute to sample tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and protocol compliance across multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher with 3+ years of project management in oncology/biomarker settings.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years of project management and oncology knowledge.
• Strong MS Office skills and professional English communication.
• Clinical trial experience and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee collection and shipping of bio-samples.
• Lead delivery of bio-sample data within study timelines and verify database transfers.
• Drive process improvements for sample handling, processing and storage.
• Review study docs and create edit checks for sample types.
• Manage vendor relationships and assess service level commitments.
• Oversee lab vendor invoices and support contract execution with management teams.
• Contribute to sample tracking system development with cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to ICH/GCP and bio-storage procedures; mentor team members as needed.
• Balance priorities in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision.
