Role Overview

We are seeking advanced Biology experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

• Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology
• Developing and answering Biology-related questions to refine AI understanding
• Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor

Required Expertise and Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (can be currently enrolled)
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions is highly preferred
• Ability to read and write English with minimal errors
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful)

Payment Details

• Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location and expertise
• Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance

Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Non-core work, such as onboarding or overtime, may have different rates. Some projects may include incentive payments. Review payment terms for each project.
