Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree strongly preferred
• Tennessee teaching license and endorsements in hired content area or reciprocal license
• Enrollment in certification program with eligibility for licensure
• Eligibility for Tennessee teaching license required
• Two to four years of urban teaching and educational leadership experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Work extended school day to collaborate and engage with parents and staff
• Collaborate with Head of School and Dean of Students to support all students' success
