  • Demonstrates patience, fairness, and promptness in evaluation of student work.
  • Exercises effective judgment in following college policy.
  • For faculty with teaching assignments, uses teaching methods aligned with department curriculum.
  • For faculty with nonteaching assignments, fulfills responsibilities including program development and governance.
  • Promotes and defends intellectual inquiry and a respectful campus environment.
