Weekday AI is seeking experienced Biology professionals to contribute to a collaboration with a leading AI research lab. You will evaluate biology-related outputs produced by AI systems for accuracy, quality, and scientific relevance.

The role is fully remote with asynchronous hours, offering 10–20 hours per week, with potential to extend up to 40 hours. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate of $65–85 USD/hr plus weekly performance-based incentives of $20–100/hr.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biology or closely related field from a top-tier university.
• Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe (preferred).
• 2+ years of academic or professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in English.

In this role, you will help develop and evaluate advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across life sciences, biomedical research, and related domains.

Ideal Qualifications
