This remote, project-based role covers Latin America and Europe, with hourly compensation ranging from US$30 to US$80 depending on expertise and project requirements. Strong English and scientific writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in biological research or applied work.
• Experience interpreting experimental results and scientific literature.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks involving molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, or bioinformatics.
• Develop reference solutions with clear reasoning, supporting evidence, and reproducible analysis where applicable.
• Evaluate agents' use of biological databases, literature, analytical tools, and datasets.
• Define evaluation criteria and identify factual errors, unsupported conclusions, and methodological weaknesses.
• Review and refine tasks to ensure they are clear, scientifically sound, and appropriately challenging.
