Taft College is seeking a pool of qualified candidates to join an outstanding team of faculty to provide high-quality biology programs for our students. Teaching assignments may be temporary, part-time and/or on-call and may be immediate or as needed.

Note: Biology courses will be offered in-person on campus. Candidates must be available to teach on-site, with weekend or evening options as needed.

• Demonstrated instructional skills to teach biology.
• Ability to teach in-person on campus in Taft, CA.
• Commitment to diverse student backgrounds and equity.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person biology courses for Spring 2027 and beyond.
• Adjunct teaching may include weekends, day and/or evening classes.
• Participate in outreach and maintain student success measures.
