Job summary

Ethos is seeking biology and environmental science professionals to train and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for regulatory and environmental workflows. Candidates should have 4+ years in ecological research or applied biology and be able to interpret field/lab data into professional reports.

This fully remote engagement offers flexible scheduling (5-20 hours per week) with compensation at $90/hour. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting.
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data such as species counts, water and soil chemistry, or emissions readings and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Pay: $90/hr, up to $1.8k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced biologists and environmental scientists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for biology and environmental science professionals with 4+ years in ecological research, environmental consulting, or applied biology to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: environmental impact assessment reports, species habitat and biodiversity survey summaries, water and soil quality monitoring data sheets, regulatory permit and compliance submissions, field study methodology and sampling protocols, and conservation and remediation project proposals.
Compensation: $90/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
