Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Biologist All Source Analyst to apply deep scientific knowledge to advance research in biological and related domains. You will lead high‑visibility analytical efforts, mentor staff, and support multidisciplinary teams with in‑depth technical assessments and research products.

Applicants must hold TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of intelligence experience or 12+ years without a degree; experience with all‑source analysis (ICD 203/206)

Qualifications

• All-source analysis production with analytic tradecraft and ICD 203/206/DIA writing style.
• Knowledge of biomedical trends, technologies, and systems for disease diagnosis and prevention.
• Experience querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT and HUMINT data sets and databases.
• Independent development of tailored deliverables including actionable leads and briefings.
• Ability to adapt to changing mission requirements and tight timelines.
• Collaboration with mission partners and lead briefing at events.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of intelligence experience or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.

Biologist All Source Analyst, Senior

Apply deep scientific knowledge to advance research objectives in biological, biochemical, and related scientific domains. Employ leading‑edge theories, models, and analytical approaches to develop novel concepts, methodologies, and solutions tailored to complex mission requirements. Lead efforts requiring high levels of technical innovation, autonomy, and strategic problem‑solving. Mentor or supervise team members to strengthen organizational, technical, and analytical competencies. Support multidisciplinary teams through analysis, technical collection planning, R&D requirements development, and the preparation of in‑depth technical assessments and research products.

You Have:

• Experience with all‑source analysis production, including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203 and 206, and DIA writing style.
• Knowledge of latest biomedical trends and advancements and technologies and systems that contribute to diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases.
• Knowledge of applying and querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases.
• Ability to independently develop high‑quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD‑compliant written products, and formal or informal briefings.
• Ability to adjust to changing mission requirements and deliver products within a short timeframe.
• Ability to collaborate with other mission partners on production and take lead briefing at unique events.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with intelligence, or 12+ years of experience with intelligence in lieu of a degree.

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with all‑source intelligence analysis and foreign WMD, including WMD threats, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapon systems, CBRN, E, and counterterrorism, and related military activities and operations.
• Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Public Health, Immunology, Virology, Biotechnology, or Biodefense.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
