Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Procurement Manager to steward global SUT supplier relationships, lead strategic sourcing initiatives, and drive value across Biologics Drug Substance materials. The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and Legal to optimize performance and resilience.

The position is hybrid, located in Titusville, NJ with opportunities to collaborate across global sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM or PMP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier relationship management for Strategic SUT with emphasis on performance and governance.
Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies aligned with category plans.
Negotiate supplier terms to improve total cost, service, and supply assurance.
Coordinate contracting and commercial management with Legal, Quality and Finance.
Translate category priorities into sourcing plans and measurable actions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management and supply continuity.
