Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD required in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics or related field; 0–3 years post-PhD.
• MS with 8+ years of industry experience.
• BS with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Publication record is required for this role.
• Experience in biologics drug formulation is preferred.
• Process characterization and GMP knowledge are required.
• Hands-on knowledge of DP unit operations and small-scale modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead drug product process development activities across unit operations.
• Support cross-scale model implementation.
• Facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Establish in-house DP capabilities (equipment setup, lab design).
• Independently design and execute formulation and fill-finish studies.
• Support regulatory documentation.
• Contribute to scientific publications and patents.
• Present findings internally and externally.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve development processes.
