Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Process Engineer to support biologics manufacturing operations at a GMP-regulated facility in Wilson, NC. The role involves startup, commissioning, and implementation of manufacturing equipment, plus CAPEX project participation.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Validation, QC, Automation, and Maintenance teams to deliver sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Biochemical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years in pharma/biotech/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with GMP-regulated manufacturing operations.
• Experience with equipment startup, commissioning, or implementation; CAPEX.
• Onsite work in Wilson, NC; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for biologics manufacturing in GMP environment.
• Support startup, commissioning, and operational readiness of manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in CAPEX projects from design through startup.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Validation, Quality, Automation and Maintenance teams.
• Develop and review process documents, specs, SOPs, and reports.
• Troubleshoot process/equipment issues to improve reliability and quality.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
