Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field required.
• 2+ years hands-on industry or research lab experience.
• Authorization to work in the US without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate proteins at high concentrations and run stability studies.
• Operate high-throughput systems and automate workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation in development environment.
• Analyze data and report results and observations.
• Support potential ADC projects with relevant safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
