Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a chemical or life science field.
- 4+ years in analytical development or QC within a GMP lab.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC including method development, qualification, validation or transfer.
- Strong GMP, GDP and data integrity knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, UPLC and other chromatography techniques.
- Develop, qualify, validate and transfer analytical methods for biologics development and manufacturing.
- Conduct development batch testing, product release, stability and characterization.
- Troubleshoot chromatography methods, instruments and system-suitability failures.
- Review chromatograms, integrations and analytical data.
- Prepare and review GMP documentation and lab records.
- Support investigations and deviations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tech transfers and manufacturing activities.
