Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking Biologic Operators to join the north region operations in Puerto Rico, Barceloneta. The role focuses on manufacturing bulk biologics in aseptic and non-aseptic environments, with responsibilities including cleaning, sterilization, process testing, and equipment assembly and inspection.

Candidates should hold an Associate Degree in science or related fields, be GMP-oriented, and bilingual in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Science, Mechanics, Electricity, Instrumentation or related field is required.
• GMP oriented; experience in GMP/manufacturing environment is preferable.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques.
• Bilingual: Spanish & Basic English; verbal and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computerized systems.
• Available to work all shifts, including weekends, OT and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture of bulk biologics products.
• Perform cleaning and sterilization procedures.
• Perform process tests and participate in qualification and validation activities as required.
• Assemble and inspect equipment in the manufacturing area to confirm operational status.
• Work is performed in aseptic and non-aseptic environments.
