BioLife Plasma Services in Abilene, TX is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to oversee donor eligibility and manage clinical assessments. You will work closely with the Plasma Center Manager and support from the Center Physician in a fast-paced environment.

Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) reporting to the Plasma Center Manager and supported by the Center Physician and BioLife Medical Affairs, responsible for donor eligibility, clinical assessment, laboratory results review, adverse event management, and safety protocols in a plasma collection environment.

You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. Familiarity with plasma collection regulations and manufacturing environment is required. The role follows guidance from BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center‑level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
