Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Dallas seeks a part-time phlebotomist to screen donors and perform phlebotomy, supporting plasma center operations. You will answer phones, greet donors, record vital signs, and maintain donor charts with the Donor Information System. Expect shifts 4–6 hours, 3+ days/week, including weekends and holidays.

Training is provided via a paid program. Strong customer service and reliability are essential as donors depend on safe, timely plasma collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Able to walk/stand for the shift and lift up to 5 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 32–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Maintain donor charts and records in the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected.
