BioLife Plasma Services in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily operations across the production areas.

You will manage staff performance, schedules, and donor interactions, ensuring high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced plasma donation center.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Pro-longed glove wear is required due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

About the role: Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

How you will contribute

• You will oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• You will work with donors to resolve concerns.
• You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

What you bring to Takeda

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required

$24.00 - $33.00
