IGS Energy seeks an experienced field-based electrical installer for RNG and anaerobic digester projects across Ohio and Indiana. You will install, support, and commission industrial electrical systems under the supervision of an Electrical Foreman, focusing on power, controls, and construction environments.
Ideal candidates have strong technical skills, pride in quality workmanship, and comfort working in active construction at agricultural and industrial facilities.
This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing, supporting, and commissioning industrial electrical systems for anaerobic digester and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) construction projects across Ohio and Indiana. This position works under the direction of an Electrical Foreman and is focused on industrial power, controls, and construction environments.
This role is not residential or light-commercial. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in active construction environments at agricultural and industrial facilities. Travel during the work week may be required depending on your home location but will be home on weekends (see below for details).
This is a field-based construction role. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, climbing ladders and stairs, lifting and carrying materials, pulling and terminating wire, and working in outdoor and industrial environments. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn as required, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, fall protection, and gas monitors.
This position offers a regular scheduled work week, with an 8-hour day shift. Overtime and extended shifts available and/or required from time to time. The ideal candidate for this position will live in or close to Fort Wayne, Indiana or Van Wert, Ohio. This geographic location is within roughly 30 min to 1.5 hours from most locations we are building over the next several years and would significantly reduce the amount of overnight hotel stays needed.

$67,150.00 - $107,440.00
