Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

• Basic computer literacy for documentation and data entry.
• Ability to climb semi-truck loading ladders and work in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely load product for shipment into railcars and trucks.
• Inspect product quality during loading and sample as needed for retention and quality checks.
• Verify load-out instrumentation and ensure proper function.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and related documentation.
• Monitor and improve quality control across loading/unloading operations.
• Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE; perform routine housekeeping.
