Job summary

BioFire Diagnostics in Durham, NC seeks a QC Biochemistry Analyst 2 for the night shift (7:00pm–7:30am, 2-2-3 rotation). You will perform routine Biochemistry testing, document results, and support audits and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 4+ years in a regulated biochemistry or chemistry lab (GxP). Preferred: Bachelor's in chemistry/biochemistry and strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in regulated Biochemistry or Chemistry lab with GxP testing.

Responsibilities

• Test raw materials, intermediates, special requests, and finished products per SOPs.
• Assist in writing invalid reports and provide input for Out of Specification reports.
• Serve as a certified trainer for laboratory testing as applicable.
• Enter data into LIMS and support data entry/validation activities.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and timely.
• Support SOP revisions and maintain training records.
