Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in Research and Development.
• Prepare buffers and reagents.
• Write/update laboratory protocols.
• Produce DNA vectors for protein expression.
• Overexpress and purify proteins for biophysical characterization.
• Characterize protein interactions using biophysical methods.
• Use microscopy to observe cellular phenomena.
• Collect and organize research data for reports.
• Attend weekly project meetings and maintain lab space and inventory.
