Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks an analytical development scientist to support an iPSC-based islet cell therapy program in the Bioassay Team. You will develop and execute bioanalytical assays for process development, in-process testing, and lot release, with emphasis on flow cytometry and mammalian cell culture.

Qualifications

BS in Biology or related field with 3+ years pharma lab experience.
MS in Biology or related field with 1+ year pharma lab exp.
Experience with flow cytometry, ideally 4–6 colors.
Proficient in mammalian cell culture techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and interpret results.

Responsibilities

Design and execute bioanalytical assays including flow cytometry.
Perform routine in-process testing and lot release.
Optimize assay parameters for specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy.
Document experiments using electronic lab notebooks.
