The candidate will manage studies, interpret results, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting key clients and on-site project activities at Charles River's Safety Assessment site in Reno.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; MS/MA or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience in contract research, academia, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Understanding of GLPs and regulatory requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and standard laboratory calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scientist in the conduct of assigned nonclinical and clinical bioanalytical studies of varying complexity.
• Manage studies, interpret data and prepare reports with regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary scientific contact for key clients and provide on-site support for programs.
