Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Quality Control Technician III to support bioanalytical testing within the Quality Control department. The role involves executing validated testing methods, maintaining documentation, and ensuring GMP compliance in a fast-paced lab environment.

The ideal candidate will perform a range of bioanalytical assays on materials and samples, follow approved procedures, and contribute to a culture of quality and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Aseptic technique knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience with laboratory-based testing in regulated environments.
• Ability to follow detailed testing procedures and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform bioanalytical testing using validated methods.
• Conduct quality control assays including immunological, microbiological, molecular, and virological tests.
• Test raw materials, in-process materials, release samples, and stability samples.
• Initiate, execute, document, and complete laboratory assays per procedures and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with 9 CFR, EU regulatory requirements, VICH guidelines, GMP standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and communicate status to supervisors promptly.
• Support site safety initiatives and adhere to safety KPIs.
