Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead the Bioanalytical Sciences team in its Tarrytown, NY site. You will manage PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker deliverables for multiple clinical programs, interfacing with study teams to ensure timely and compliant bioanalysis.

The role requires a PhD or BS/MS with 5+ years in immunology or related fields, proficiency with ELISA, ECL, LC-MS, and related assays, plus strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• PhD or BS/MS with 5+ years in immunology, pharma sciences, or related field.
• Experience with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, ECL, LC-MS, PCR, flow cytometry, or immunogenicity assays.
• Experience in writing/reviewing scientific documents and contributing to regulatory submissions.
• Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Bioanalytical Sciences Lead on clinical study teams and oversee bioanalysis for clinical studies.
• Contribute to development and management of bioanalytical strategy including immunogenicity risk assessment and assay selection.
• Liaise between BAS and clinical development teams to establish deliverables and timelines for multiple projects.
• Review sample analysis documentation and clinical reports.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and responses to inquiries.
• Prepare and present scientific data at internal and external meetings.
