Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories in Ithaca, NY is seeking Bioanalysis Laboratory Leaders to guide experienced teams and drive innovation in LC-MS/MS, bioanalytical method development, and laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 9 years of related experience in method or assay development or specific methodology area OR 7 years experience in a laboratory environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS technologies, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operational management, and analytical problem solving, in regulated bioanalysis.
• Experience leading laboratory instrumentation, metrology, equipment qualification, calibration, or maintenance programs.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing scientific and technical laboratory teams
• Drive bioanalytical method development, assay development, and laboratory innovation initiatives
• Provide technical leadership for LC-MS/MS and other advanced analytical technologies
• Oversee laboratory instrumentation, equipment lifecycle activities, qualification programs, and operational readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve scientific, quality, and business objectives
• Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance initiatives
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
