We are seeking an experienced Binding Authority Underwriter to join a growing underwriting team focused on delivering profitable business through strong broker relationships, disciplined underwriting, and strategic portfolio management.
This role is ideal for an underwriting professional who enjoys balancing technical risk evaluation with business development. The successful candidate will manage new business, renewals, and endorsements while partnering closely with brokers to identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and drive sustainable growth.
As a Binding Authority Underwriter, you will play a key role in evaluating risks, making informed underwriting decisions, and developing a profitable book of business. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate across teams, engage directly with brokers, and contribute to market-facing initiatives that support long-term success.
This role offers ongoing opportunities to deepen underwriting expertise, expand market knowledge, and strengthen broker relationships. Underwriters gain exposure to a variety of risks and work collaboratively with experienced professionals who support technical development and portfolio growth.

The target salary range for this position is $78,750.00 - $80,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
