Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with bindery equipment is preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and on-site in Windsor, CT.

Responsibilities

• Set up own machine, clean and inspect prior to setup, and complete production records.
• Operate and troubleshoot own machine to ensure correct dimensions and quality.
• For Bindery: mount rolls, adjust web guides, thread paper, and complete 1up/2up setups.
• For Inserting: adjust feeders, envelopes, camera, and complete 6x9 setups.
• Keep work area neat and assist others; follow company procedures.
