Sheridan Minnesota is hiring three team members for a Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery role. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and help produce books, catalogs, and other printed materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is preferred but not required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work and reliability for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.
• Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.
