Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is hiring three Manufacturing Operating Technicians for the Bindery. We train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books, catalogs, and printed materials.

No bindery experience is required—candidates with general machine-operating experience and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. You will join a fast-paced, team-oriented production floor and grow into a long-term career in printing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes)
• Reliable, punctual and good team player
• High school diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Interpret work instructions and accurately record production data.
• Show initiative; look for ways to improve productivity.
