Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program in the United States invites current university students and recent graduates to participate in a hands-on internship focused on product management, operations, and security workflows. • Assist with security-related business operations and cross-team collaboration.
• Support management of security user-facing channels, including content planning and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Support the improvement of security systems and tools by assisting with requirement collection, task tracking, cross-team coordination, testing, and post-launch follow-up.
• Help identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency.
• Draft and maintain product documentation, project documentation, process documentation, and internal communications under guidance.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks to help maintain business continuity and process efficiency.
• Assist with security-related business operations and cross-team collaboration.
• Support the management of security user-facing channels, including content planning, visual asset coordination, publishing support, and basic performance tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interest in product management, project management, operations, or security-related business functions.
• Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documents and materials.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn, with a hands‑on attitude toward execution and problem‑solving.
• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively at work is a plus.
