Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term opportunity for early career talent to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be involved in daily operations, on-chain trading support, and research on prediction markets while building a transferable network through mentorship and networking activities.

Participants will work with product and engineering teams on launches, use AI tools to boost productivity, and develop basic analytics skills through hands-on tasks

Qualifications

• Hands-on prediction market or on-chain trading experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity.
• Ability to grasp new Web3/DeFi concepts quickly.
• Basic analytics skills with spreadsheets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring.
• Research and analyze prediction market platforms and on-chain trading trends.
• Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
• Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring.
• Research and analyze prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket) and on-chain trading trends.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
• Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches.

Requirements

• Have hands-on prediction market / on-chain trading experience.
• Familiar with AI applications to boost productivity.
• Able to pick up new Web3 and DeFi concepts quickly.
• Basic analytics skills (spreadsheets, dashboards).
• Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Available 5 days/week for 3–6 months longer durance is a plus.
