Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction with significant experience in VDC, alongside strong knowledge in 3D modeling and construction drawing interpretation. The position offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $106,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of construction-related experience including 2 to 3 years in Virtual Design and Construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to read 2D/3D construction drawings.
• Intermediate knowledge in 3D modeling software and ability to create content in VDC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction technologies are current and adhered to meet project needs.
• Collaborate on construction-site logistics and manage trade detailing.
• Liaise between design teams and construction teams to support project documentation.
