Job summary

Cummings Electrical, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. You will review 3D models, model electrical installations in Revit, and prepare drawings to support coordination with MEP teams.

Qualifications

• BIM/VDC coordination with MEP contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Review 3D models from consultants and contractors.
• Model electrical installation work in Revit for coordination and installation purposes.
• Prepare and revise drawings in Revit with minimal supervision and ensure drawings follow company standards.
• Revit modeling of all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, cable tray, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review 3D models from consultants and contractors
• Model Electrical installation work in Revit for coordination and installation purposes
• Prepare and revise drawings in Revit with minimal supervision and make sure all drawings follow company supervision
• Revit modeling of all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, cable tray, etc.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navis Works, & AutoCAD
• 1 year of experience in Revit, preferred
• BIM / VDC experience coordinating with MEP Contractors
• Background and Knowledge of Electrical Construction
